What your booking covers

2.5/3 hour trial session – Olivia will start by talking through all your ideas and inspirations. Professional lighting, photography and videos of each hair / make-up look will be logged and sent to you, along with a detailed record of products used.
Studio trial – with Olivia only, currently held Monday-Friday and some Saturdays in low season (January to March and November to December) at Olivia’s home studio in Brentwood, Essex.
Location trial – is also available with Olivia (travel charges apply).
Pro Team location trials – the Pro Team are available from Monday-Friday with some Saturdays available in low season. All can be booked in online once a date has been scheduled.

Olivia has a beautiful range of hair and jewellery accessories that can be used to accentuate your look. From pearl-encrusted headbands to delicately jewelled slides. A 10% discount is provided.

Stay connected with your pro artist and bridal party by sharing images and ideas of hair and make up styles, so they are all set and ready for the wedding day.

A TAILORED BRIDAL TIMING SCHEDULE

Inspired by a “call sheet” that Olivia would receive for a photoshoot, Olivia’s timing schedules cover all the essential details that the bridal party need, including allocated slot times, a contact list for all the team and what is needed from the clients on the day for their assigned Pro Team artist. You can rest assured that every aspect of your hair and makeup experience is taken care of!

Full wedding day service

Luxury hair and makeup styling services for you and your bridal party.
Touch-up service* – for the bride pre-ceremony and professional photos.
Evening look* – a hair and makeup change of choice.

**Prices when booked as a group booking with the bride on the same day/appointment.

For larger parties or early ceremony times additional Pro Team artists may be required. This incurs an additional cost starting from £100. This is to ensure that everybody is complete in plenty of time and to the highest standard.

PAYMENT

*Secure Booking Date Deposit £150

The Secure Booking Date Deposit will secure the date and the delivery of services for the event. This deposit is then deducted from the final balance due to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the given date.

*Booking date deposits can be payable online via the book online page or by online bank transfer.

**Final balances can be made payable online via bank transfer.
